Tampa Bay Downs updates October promotions

Tampa Bay Downs has updated its October promotions.

The details (all high hands for all promotions must use two cards in the hole):

<strong>OCT. 17 and OCT. 24</strong>
From 1 p.m. through midnight, the high hand (minimum aces full) every half-hour in Texas Hold'em cash games will win $599.
All quads and straight flushes, regardless of whether it's the high hand for the half-hour, will win a $30 seat in the next satellite for the $225 Halloween Tournament on Oct. 30-31.
All royal flushes win a seat in the Halloween Tournament.

<strong>MONDAY-THURSDAY</stron g>
From 4-9 p.m., the high hand every half-hour in any cash game wins $100. All quads and straight flushes also win a satellite ticket and royal flushes win a Halloween Tournament seat..

<strong>FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND REMAINING HOURS MONDAY-THURSDAY</strong>
Quads in any cash game wins $25 and a $30 satellite seat, straight flushes win $50 and a $30 satellite seat and royal flushes win $100 and a seat in the Halloween Tournament.

<strong>TOURNAMENTS ALL MONTH LONG</strong>
Quads win a $30 satellite seat, straight flushes win a $60 voucher good toward any tournament plus a $30 satellite seat and royal flushes win a $225 Halloween Tournament seat. Also, first five winning flushes in tournaments win a satellite seat.

<strong>COSTUME PARTY</strong>
A costume party at 9 p.m. on Oct. 31 awards $150 for the best costume and $50 each for the funniest and scariest costumes.

All told, Tampa Bay Downs will be giving away $100,000 in October.
