Palm Beach Kennel Club spices up November tournaments

The Palm Beach Kennel Club's poker room is giving you more tournament chips for your money in November.

Starting with Sundays, the $100 noon event will give you 7K units. On Mondays you can expect 4K units for your $65 noon events, and three times during the month (Nov. 16, 23 and 30) there will be a $4K guarantee prize pool. Tuesdays will feature a $65+$25 bounty event that starts with 4K chips at noon. And Fridays' $100, 1 p.m. event will now have 6K units and 30-minute blinds.

There's also an $8K guarantee shootout on Nov. 25 at noon for $100, followed by a $10K guarantee on Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. for $100. The Main Event on Nov. 28 will have a $25K guarantee and $200 buy-in at 1 p.m.

Finally, PBKC is hosting the second annual Butch Smith Poker Classic, a benefit tournament that starts at 1 p.m. on Nov. 7. There's a $200 buy-in with the grand prize being a $10K seat in the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas.
